Ever wondered what goes on in the recesses of my mind when I’m reviewing a restaurant? Not much really – it’s just a swirling jumble of loud noises, bright colours and frightening shapes in there. Nonetheless, I came up with some coherent sentences when interviewed by catering recruitment website Mise en Place. The rest of the interviews, with other bloggers like Chris Pople (Cheese and Biscuits) and Andy Hayler, are much more interesting.
